By visiting our website, applying to the Contractor Pilot Program, or accessing the BluRick Construction Operating System, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Contractor Pilot Program
The BluRick Contractor Pilot is an early deployment initiative designed for active construction contractors, civil builders, and project teams. Participation involves collaborative workspace setup, field usage, and periodic feedback sessions with the founding product team.
3. Platform Architecture & Service Level
BluRick V1 operates on an online-first cloud synchronization architecture accessible via modern mobile and desktop web browsers. We work actively to maintain service reliability, and pilot users acknowledge that the product is actively refined based on field validation.
4. User Accounts & Confidentiality
Authorized project users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under their accounts.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
BluRick Technologies retains ownership of the BluRick platform, code, and user interface designs. Participating contractors retain ownership of all project documentation, drawings, BOQ data, and commercial records uploaded to their workspaces.
