This Privacy Policy outlines how BluRick Technologies handles information collected through our website and during the BluRick Contractor Pilot Program.
2. Information Collected
When you submit a pilot application or contact us, we collect information you directly provide: name, company name, work email address, phone number, role, project type, active site estimates, and current management methods. We also record basic browser attribution metadata (such as UTM parameters and referrers) to measure campaign effectiveness.
3. Customer Construction Data
Construction project data—such as architectural and structural drawing sheets, BOQ line items, daily diary notes, site photos, RFIs, purchase orders, and store gate receipts—remains the property of the participating project team or contractor. We do not sell or monetize customer project data.
4. Use of Information
Submitted information is used to evaluate pilot suitability, schedule product walkthroughs, set up project workspaces, communicate software updates, and provide direct engineering support.
5. Security Practices
We use standard encrypted web protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and isolated cloud databases to store lead and project information. Access is restricted to authorized project personnel and support engineers.
